CRITICAL VIOLATIONS:
-Two door coolers are holding foods at 47F. Repair /replace, or remove all perishables from unit.
-Replace missing shield on ice machine. Dump ice and wash/rinse/sanitize inside of bin.
-Raw meats stored above pre-cooked, ready to eat foods in back storeroom upright freezers.
NON CRITICAL VIOLATIONS:
-Provide a new paper towel dispenser at bar hand sink.
-Clean floor behind bar & under equipment. Clean under two door cooler.
-Replace missing tiles on floor throughout facility.
-Replace screen on wall to outside in back storage area.
-Thoroughly clean back storage area.
-Replace broken vent fans in both restrooms.
*All violations were corrected upon re inspections performed on 8-27-09, and 4-12-10.
