HIGH PRIORITY VIOLATIONS:

LOW PRIORITY VIOLATIONS:
-Provide soap in dispenser at snack stand hand sink.
-Clean interior of microwave.
-Single service foam cups in box stored on floor.
-Provide chlorine test strips.
-Clean interior of refrigerator freezer in conference room.

Reinspection was performed on 3-11-10 and all violations were corrected.
