PRIORITY VIOLATIONS

Raw meats stored above ready to eat foods in downstairs chest freezer.

Counter cooler is holding foods at 43 degrees F.  Needs to be 41 degrees F or lower.

Cold prep table is holding foods at 43 degrees F.  Needs to be 41 degrees F or lower.

EZ Some coolers had undated foods in them.  Shall date mark all appropriate foods with a 7 day discard date.

CORE VIOLATIONS

Wiping cloth solutions at 0 ppm.  Needs to be at 50 - 700 ppm.
