CRITICAL VIOLATIONS

Defrost upright freezer and clean up mold on interior of door and sanitize.

Raw meats stored above ready to eat foods in backroom upright freezer.

Right side of hot table holding foods at 111 degrees.  * Discarded foods and discontinue usage.

Shall date mark all appropriate foods.

Shall provide sanitizer in kitchen at all times of operation, to wipe food contact surfaces as needed.

NON CRITICAL VIOLATIONS

Seal opening to outside around electric service entrance.

Clean floors in kitchen and around equipment

Clean filters in vent hood.

Remove absorbent wood table by grill that cannot be washed.  CORRECTED WITH STAINLESS TABLETOP.

ALL VIOLATIONS CORRECTED UPON 7-18-12 REINSPECTION.
