Re-Install back flow preventer on utitily sink and quit removing it
Raw meats stored above pre-cooked in upright freezer
'Coke" Salad Cooler is holding foods at 50degrees F. Needs to be 41 degrees F or lower.
Hot table needs repaired. Holding foods on the right side at 119 degrees F. Needs to be 140 degrees F or above at all times.
* Discontinuing use of last row on right of hot table.*
NON-CRITICAL VIOLATIONS
Clean walls, floor and equipment in cook line, vent hood, also.
Provide signage at kitchen handsink.
ALL VIOLATIONS CORRECTED UPON 8-18-11 REINSPECTION
Clean air conditioning vent covers.
