Violations:
- Quiche setting on the counter with no temperature control were tossed and shall be held refrigerated or under heat 135*F or above.
- Provide thermometers in all refrigeration units.
- Calibrate probe thermometer so its accurate.
- Provide sanitary napkin dispose trash can in upstairs bathroom.
- Upstairs bathroom need paper towels in a dispenser.
- Provide signage in upstairs bathroom.
- Bathroom door in upstairs restroom needs to be self closing.
- Sanitizer quat was at oppm. Needs to be 200 to 400ppm.
- Provide quat test strips.
- All folds & single service items in the basement shall be on shelving.
