Cold prep bottom holding foods at 47 degrees F.  Needs to be 41 degrees F or lower.

Side dish display cooler at 48 degrees F.

Lunch meat display cooler at 44 degrees F.

Raw meats stored above ready to eat foods, in back of walk in cooler.  CORRECTED

NONCRITICAL VIOLATIONS

Replace thermometor in cold prep table.

Clean can opener and blade.

Replace freezer with ruined lid.

Scrub the black off of wall in back floor sink area. Repaint.
