 CRITICAL VIOLATIONS:

-Clean soda dispenser nozzles more routinely.

NON CRITICAL VIOLATIONS:

-Soda dispenser syrup bags on floor.  Store on shelving.
-Single service foam cups in boxes on floor.  Store on shelving.
-Boxes of food on floor in walk in cooler shall be on shelving.

All Violations were corrected upon 6-8-10 re inspection.
