Drive Thru Immunizations Clinic for 8th and 12th grade students

JULY 21st 9am-3pm

The Ste. Genevieve Health Department will be holding a drive thru immunization clinic for any incoming 8th and 12th graders to receive their required and/or recommended vaccinations. With this being a drive thru clinic, please stay in your vehicle. There will be signs to direct and stop you through the clinic. Location is in the Health Dept. parking lot.

Incoming 8th graders are required to have a TDaP and Meningococal

Incoming 12th graders are required to have a Meninogococal vaccine given after the age of 16. Other recommended vaccines that will be offered are Hep A (2 dose series) and HPV (2 or 3 dose series depending on child’s age)

Please fill out the designated form for your child. The form must be signed and returned to the office by July 15th. You may drop off the form at the office Monday through Friday 8am-4pm. You can also fax or email the signed consent form to:

Vaccine Information Sheets for these immunizations can be found at

If you can not make the drive thru clinic, you can still get your child’s immunizations at the Health Department. Please call first and make an appointment. We will still accept walk-ins for immunizations, but there could be a wait as we are trying to limit the number of people in the building. Thank you.
