You may disregard many messages regarding your health, but when it comes to smoking don’t be pressured to let tobacco define you. Your strength is unique, so make good choices.  It’s your looks and may become your life.

Besides what you already might know about the thousands of chemicals in tobacco and tobacco smoke that can harm your heart, lungs, bones, skin,  and even your fertility, think about these other reasons not to smoke or chew at your age –

  • Yellow  teeth
  • Smelly clothes
  • Bad breath
  • Premature wrinkles and sagging skin
  • Chronic cough
  • The stress that comes with concealing the addiction
  • Unsexy stained fingers
  • Less energy for enjoyable activities and sports
  • Possible hair loss accelerated by smoking
  • Increase chance of illness
