“This is a topic that affects everyone,” said the late Frank Elpers, who founded the conference.  Everyone has a fami-ly member or loved one, close or distant, who requires some kind of care.  We’re very happy and grateful to be able to offer a free conference to address the important issues surrounding caregiving.”
