The Health Department's mission is to determine the health status and needs of the community and satisfy those needs whenever possible through the joint efforts of  state, local, private and non-private entities.

Ste. Genevieve County will achieve and maintain the highest standard of physical, mental and social well-being of all the people.

Be consistent in providing quality services to the community in a compassionate, nonjudgmental manner while remaining adaptable to the needs of the individual.
