Flu Shots

Flu shots are normally given to senior citizens and those determined to be at high risk by the Centers for Disease Control. The health department usually begins clinics in mid October for the high risk and open the clinics up to the general public by the end of October each Wednesday and Friday between 8:00 a.m. and 3:30 p.m. until all vaccine is administered.

Note: Flu vaccine for adults is no longer available through the health department for the 2007-2008 flu season. Please contact your physician for information on where vaccine is still available.
