Some of the things we do include:

• Regulatory authority providing food service Industry inspections and assistance for restaurants, taverns, public schools, and retail establishments. These are conducted on a routine basis with follow-up inspections as needed.
• Sewage system plan review, site investigation, and final inspections for MO DHSS permitted systems and technical assistance for non-permitted systems.
• Investigation of sewage system violations per receipt of complaint.
• Investigation of certain other communicable diseases.
• Licensed daycare providers are inspected annually and upon special request from MO DHSS.
• Sanitation and safety inspections are performed on all licensed lodging establishments
